The owner gets full ownership of their home plus the service, standards and —in many cases— the brand's loyalty benefits: preferred hotel access, discounts, concierge and hotel-style services within the residence. That is why they command a price premium of 25-35% over local comparables (source: Savills): you pay for the brand, the operation and the associated appreciation.
