Puerto Aventuras is a gated community built around its marina, so direct beachfront is scarce — and worth more for it. In our verified portfolio, only two properties are real beachfront, with direct access to the Caribbean beach: CasaCún, a beachfront duplex with a private dock, and Villa Caleta, a one-of-a-kind oceanfront villa on a private bay. The rest of Puerto Aventuras faces the marina, the canal or the lagoon — beautiful, but not the same, and we say so plainly.
