It shows: current step of the process (8 or 9 total depending on whether you're Mexican or foreign), uploaded documents with green check, status of the bank trust if applicable, estimated key handover date, and full transaction timeline. 24/7 access from phone, tablet or computer via unique link shared by WhatsApp.
How do I receive notifications when my purchase advances?
Your Nautilus advisor sends you a personalized WhatsApp each time a material step of your purchase advances (deposit confirmed, contract signed, trust approved, closing scheduled). The message includes context of the advance and a link to your panel so you can see the detail. They're not automated robot notifications — it's 1-to-1 communication with your dedicated human advisor.
Is the panel secure? Who can see it?
Each panel is accessed with a unique code of 30+ random characters impossible to guess. Only you and your Nautilus advisor know the link. The panel does not appear in Google or any public directory (marked with noindex tag). It does not contain sensitive financial data (no credit cards, no passwords, no bank accounts) — only process progress, uploaded documents and timeline notes. You can share the link with your partner, accountant or lawyer if you need them to see the progress.
Does the panel work if I'm outside Mexico?
